• Device Information: Device identifiers, operating system, and app version (collected automatically for analytics and crash reporting).

• To verify identity and reduce fraud.
• To recommend compatible matches using our matchmaking algorithms.
• To provide AI-powered profile insights and compatibility analysis (powered by Google Generative AI).
• To facilitate communication between matched users.
• To send push notifications about matches, messages, and account activity (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• To process payments for premium subscriptions.
• To improve our services through analytics (via Firebase Analytics).
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent activity.

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, push notifications (FCM), analytics, and cloud functions.
• Razorpay: Payment processing for web-based transactions. Razorpay processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing: Payment processing for mobile app subscriptions via Google Play Store.
• Google Generative AI (Gemini): Used for AI-powered profile insights and compatibility suggestions. No personal data is stored by the AI service.

4. Device Permissions

Our app may request the following device permissions:

• Camera & Photo Library: To upload profile photos and gallery images.
• Notifications: To send push notifications about matches, messages, and account activity.
• Internet: Required for all app functionality.

You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Information Sharing

• With Other Users: Your profile information, except hidden contact details, is visible to registered users.
• With Service Providers: We use Firebase and related Google infrastructure for hosting, storage, and app operations.
• Payment Processors: Payment data is shared with Razorpay (web) or Google Play Billing (mobile) to process transactions.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or valid legal process.

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, all personal data including profile information, photos, messages, and match history is permanently deleted.
• If you withdraw data consent, your account is deactivated and data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless you log back in.
• Payment transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

7. User Rights

• Access: You can review your data from your profile.
• Correction: You can edit your profile details in the app.
• Deletion: You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Consent Withdrawal: You can withdraw your data processing consent from Settings > Account > Withdraw Data Consent.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and operational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. However, no method of online storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (21 for male users as per Indian marriage law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Our web application may use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Firebase Analytics for understanding app usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
