Account Deletion
This page explains how users can permanently delete their Shubha Matrimonial account and what data is removed or retained.
Delete Your Account Inside the App
- Open the Shubha Matrimonial app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the action by following the on-screen prompt.
This process is intended to permanently remove your profile and associated user data from the service.
If You Cannot Access the App
If you cannot log in or no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered email address at vadhuvara.info@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request - Shubha Matrimonial.
To help us process the request safely, include your registered mobile number, registered email address, and any profile details needed to identify the account.
What Is Deleted
- Your profile details, photos, preferences, and biodata-related user content.
- Your account access and associated app-facing records that are no longer required.
- Your visibility in matchmaking, search, messaging, and connection flows.
What May Be Retained
- Limited transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or dispute-related records, if required by law or legitimate business need.
- Technical logs and backup copies for a limited retention period before normal expiry or deletion cycles complete.
